In celebration of Global Handwashing Day, Inner Wheel Club of Chinatown Circle conducted lectures on proper hygiene, importance of keeping the hands clean by properly washing hands and brushing teeth to prevent sickness to thirty students of Bgy, Bagumbuhan in Project 4, Quezon City   Each student was provided hygiene and dental kits after the lecture.    

On October 12, 2018, Inner Wheel Club of Chinatown Circle, District 381  donated different exercise equipments and rehabilitation furnitures to the Department of Physical Medicaine and Rehabilitation of the East Avenue Medical Center. It aims to help patients during physical therapy to help them improve their ambulatory skills. A breast cancer awareness forum was held on September 29, 2018 in Tondo  Manila by lead clubs Inner Wheel Club of Manila Bay Edsa and Inner Wheel Club of Bacoor. Breast examination and risk factor evaluation were also conducted among the female attendees of the forum.
