The Inner Wheel Clubs ofthe Philippines, Inc. (IWCPI) District 380 was established in 1977 during the term of PNP Flor “Poy” Castelo who served as the Charter District Chairman until 1979.
On July 1, 1987, during the term of PNP Lily Nicolas, District 380 was subdivided into three(3) districts – District 377, 378 and 380 – to conform with Rotary International’s geographical redistricting policy in the Philippines. Redistricting reduced the work of the district chairmen but posed greater challenges in forming new clubs.
The first District Chairman of the resulting District 380 was Lilia Lopez, whose term covered Inner Wheel Year (IWY) 1987-1988. Ithad five (S) affiliate clubs, namely: IWC Morong, IWC Caloocan, IWC East Rizal, IWC Marikina and IWC Valenzuela.
