Polio Awareness Project
After 19 years, Polio suddenly became prevalent in the country. With the aim to prevent the spread of the said virus in the barangay, IWC Balagtas and Malolos administered Anti-Polio Oral drops and vaccines. Dra. Jean Paula Ong also conducted an awareness seminar for the mothers.

Inner Wheel Club of Quezon City launched its ECOSOC Project "Pito, Bata, Pito : A Call 4 Help Campaign" which aims to equip children signal help and alarm people with a whistle during emergency situations, harrassment, violence, abuse or in calamities. Fruit-bearing trees-Mango, Guava , Calamansi and Nangka were planted at a dump site which surrounding areas needs to be maintained and protected. Clean Hands – A Recipe For Health: Global Handwashing Activity of District 378 Clubs
Five clubs from District 378 conducted proper hand washing techniques to students of their adopted schools in observance of Global Handwashing Day. Members also distributed posters and hygiene kits as part of this project.
The Global Handwashing Day activity is done every year to increase awareness on the importance of handwashing with soap in order to prevent diseases.
