Courtesy Call on the Mayor of Manila, The Hon. Francisco M. Domagoso and Handover of Donations for Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center 25 September 2019
The Inner Wheel Club of Rizal Sunrise (IWCRS) team led by President Bobbie Jacinto paid a courtesy call on the Mayor of Manila, The Honorable Francisco M. Domagoso, on 25 September 2019, at 5:30 p.m., held at the Office of the Mayor, Manila City Hall.
It was immediately followed by the official handover to Mayor Domagoso of the IWCRS’ donations of 300 bags of dextrose (plain NSS 1 liter Euromed) and 300 pieces of macro sets (infusion prime pedia), with Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center (a government hospital) as its main beneficiary. The handover was witnessed by the Medical Director of Ospital ng Maynila, Dr. Rachael S. Mariñas, together with some of her medical staff as well as by Mr. Cesar Chavez, Manila Mayor Chief of Staff.
Manila Mayor Domagoso expressed his deep appreciation for the donations extended by IWCRS. Not only it was very timely but it would somehow help the Manila LGU in its efforts to help its constituents affected by Dengue.
Ms. Miriam Bernardo of IWCRS took the lead in organizing and coordinating the visit with the Office of the Manila Mayor and that of the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center.
